Working livery is a lower cost traditional livery service that suits many busy people with their own horse or pony.
Your horse will be under professional care 24/7 and is regularly exercised via our riding school under the watchful and caring eye of our qualified instructors, rather than having to pay for this service as an additional cost as in Full Livery .
Working Livery really does “work” extraordinarily well for many people, who can be assured of having a fit, sensible and well-trained horse or pony to ride whenever the owner wants. The added bonus of this arrangement is our highly competent team also regularly school all riding school horses and ponies thereby ensuring their education is ever-improving.
This type of service particularly shines with child-owners who due to school commitments are unable to exercise their pony as much as he or she needs during term-time.
The set monthly fee of £300 for ponies and £350 for horses includes absolutely everything to do with the day to day care of your pet.
This includes all consumables, exercising and schooling plus for child-owners complimentary supervised sessions each and every weekend day. All Working Livery owners also receive a healthy 20% discount against any lessons or on-site activities they choose to participate in at Lavant House Stables. Another positive uniqueness about our Working Livery service is we will help you source the perfect pony or horse to suit and if he happens to already be on site will provide a highly valuable “buy-back” clause should your plans ever change in future.
